CityPASS provides telephone, messaging and a help center for its tickets. Ticket delivery, an attraction reservation and a request to refund a pass are separate actions with their own instructions.

A request to CityPASS is easier to direct when you can name the transaction or product involved. Identify the accommodation, activity or trip seller named on the confirmation. A company contact and a directory correction serve different purposes.
